COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Koy Connors placed second in the pentathlon to highlight a day in which multiple University of the Sciences indoor track and field school records were broken on Saturday at Ursinus' Frank Colden Invitational.

Connors became USciences' first-ever competitor in the pentathlon, placing in the top-half of the field of nine in four-of-five events, including winning the shot put with a school-record and collegiate-best toss of 9.93m, en route to finishing second out of nine competitors with 2,528 points. He also set a collegiate-best in the high jump, 1.64m, to place second.

Christina Holmes set two school records on the day, placing in the top-eight of deep fields in both the 60m and 200m.
